## Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

![](https://opal-trout.pikapod.net/content/images/2026/10/berry-cheesecake-oo-photo-1.png)

#### Oats

- 2 cups oats
- 2 ⅔ cups whole milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 4 tsp maple syrup

#### Cheesecake

- 16 oz cottage cheese (whole milk)
- 1 ⅓ cup Greek yogurt (whole milk)
- 5 tbsp sugar

#### The Rest

- 1 ½ cups jam (or one recipe Chia Berry Jam from my cookbook)

#### Optional

- Berries (for serving)
- Crushed Graham crackers (for serving)
1. **Make the oats.** To eight 8oz mason jars, divide all ingredients under “oats” between each and stir to combine. Put the lids on and place in the fridge to set a bit (ideally for around an hour) while you make your other layers.
2. **Make the jam.** If making your own jam, do this now so it has a chance to cool before adding to your mason jars.
3. **Make the cheesecake.** To a blender, add all ingredients under “cheesecake” and blend until smooth.
4. **Assemble.** Once the oats have thickened up a bit, dollop ⅛ of your cheesecake mixture into each jar and smooth to make an even layer. Do the same with the jam, then put the lids back on and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
5. **Finish and enjoy!** The next morning (or whenever you’re ready for one), remove a jar from the fridge, top with more berries and some crushed graham crackers if you’d like, and enjoy!
- - I used frozen mixed berries for the jam (Kirkland Signature brand from Costco) in my Chia Berry Jam recipe (from my cookbook), so that’s what the nutrition is calculated for. If you choose to use all raspberries or blackberries, the fiber will go up. If you use all blueberries or strawberries the fiber will go down.
  - If you’d like to lower the sugar, I recommend substituting some or all of the white sugar for granulated allulose. It’s natural, it measures the same as sugar, and I think it tastes the most similar.
  - I made a double serving of this for the corresponding video on socials (four 4oz mason jars worth), so if you’re not afraid of the calories go for it! You can always use lower fat cottage cheese, yogurt and milk to bring the calories down to get that extra protein and fiber. :)
